ARDN Initiatives
Creating Rural Connections
Through Collaboration
Our initiatives
ARDN is directly involved in rural research, networking events, developing tools, and posting information that we feel will be of value to rural Albertans.
In this area of our website, you can find out how ARDN is contributing to rural development by: facilitating the establishment of rural research projects via our members; hosting or sponsoring major conferences and smaller networking events; creating tools; and enhancing access to information.
Are you interested in our Creating Rural Connections conference? Click here or click on the Creating Rural Connections tab.
All of the projects and events that ARDN supports are located under facilitated Facilitated Projects and Facilitated Events and these sections are continuously updated.
Rural Development Opportunities is a section that houses ARDN’s requests for proposals for applied rural research and information about the levels of support members can apply for.
