Canadian Association on Rural and Remote Housing and Homelessness

The Canadian Association on Rural and Remote Housing and Homelessness is a coalition led by the ARDN is devoted to working together on rural homelessness and affordable housing issues across Canada. This coalition shares information, resources and ideas, and works to collect data on the issues, in order to track trends, and identify interventions and their impacts.

Sharing information and ideas will allow communities to better understand the issues and potential solutions, and learn from what has worked (or not) for other communities facing similar challenges. This will allow communities and community based organizations to save money and be more efficient and effective with their interventions. The purpose of this network is to improve the socio-economic outcomes for homeless or formerly homeless people based in rural Canada.
